A few times a year, DixonBaxi opens the door for aspiring people to join our Intern Academy. This unique opportunity is designed for candidates who may not enter our industry through traditional university or college paths. You do not need a degree or qualifications to apply.

At our core, we take pride in our commitment to uplifting others. We go above and beyond by not just offering internships but ensuring our interns receive an additional 10% on the London Living Wage. We believe in empowering talent, breaking barriers, and fostering a culture of inclusivity.

Often we find people are unsure of the other roles available with us other than Design and Motion, but we have a a number of teams to get involved with: Experience, Growth, Operation, Production and Strategy. You don’t need to have previous experience, or know which role might suit you best. We are looking for people with a range of interests.

The Interns role is studio based Monday to Thursday, so you get the most out of your time with us. We’ve adapted a 4.5 working week, meaning we finish at 1pm on Fridays.

While we can't predict the future, we consistently explore possibilities to turn internships into permanent roles whenever there's an opportunity. We're not just opening doors; we're building pathways to success and embracing the potential in every individual who walks through them.
