Growth Manager
The role.
A London-based Growth Manager with 3+ years experience in a new business role. You will be responsible for the beginning of the chain for new business. You are experienced in and have knowledge of reaching out to various sectors and roles to drive our portfolio.
We are looking for a highly energetic, ambitious person with a tenacity to problem solve. You will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets in a competitive environment. The key to the role is finding and confirming new prospect meetings across a wide diverse set of potential clients that are a great business fit. You will also actively promote DixonBaxi through social channels and growth strategies.

- Cultivate and expand client relationships by identifying and connecting with key stakeholders.
- You will befriend new contacts to ensure they have a great first impression of DixonBaxi and build great relationships for the short and long term.
- You will have great communication skills - both written and verbal. This will enable you to communicate at the highest level with potential clients and enable you to understand their challenges.
- Gain deep insights into client’s needs through active listening and research.
- You can prioritise easily to ensure that the important tasks are completed effortlessly and you use your time effectively.
- Inbound queries are very important, you can identify these and qualify them quickly so that initial meetings take place seamlessly.
- You will be interested in systems and processes that can constantly be improved to keep the growth engine running perfectly. Always improving and looking for new ways to improve the whole process.
- You will take ownership of diaries and meetings with C-suite executives as well as working closely with the DixonBaxi co-founders.
- You will create customised proposals tailored to each client's unique requirements. This includes writing as well as using your software skills (InD,Keynote, Figma).
- You will be a passionate advocate for DixonBaxi's values and mission during client interactions and presentations.
- You will facilitate smooth client onboarding in collaboration with the Production team.
- You will build strong relationships with all the DixonBaxi teams - we are all plugged into the Growth process.
- Provide regular updates on organic growth progress and collaborate on future planning initiatives.
- You will work in a great team with our CRM executive, the Head of Growth, and Co-founder.
