Senior Strategist
The Role.
We’re looking for a London-based Senior Strategist with 5 years of experience to strengthen our strategic offering and help create brands with lasting relevance and measurable impact.

Our studio home is based in London (N1), and we come together at least 3 days a week to enjoy the space, collaborate and time together. Studio time and our wonderful surroundings are very important for creativity to thrive. Working together enables us to approach new ideas and inventions creatively and to enjoy the journey.
We partner with brands and in-house creative teams across the world from our London studio. We seek revolution rather than evolution and embrace change to remain fiercely original.

You'll be our clients' trusted guide and a leading figure within our projects, always looking for fresh ideas to bring our clients' brands to life across every touchpoint. What you do.

You deeply understand brand strategy, brand systems, positioning, and architecture, bringing strategic rigour and curiosity to every project.
You have a foundational understanding of business strategies and models and a commercial eye for identifying growth opportunities for our clients and ourselves.
You’re confident leading projects, delivering thorough research, analysis, brand positioning, and crafting creative propositions while ensuring strategic thinking remains clear from discovery through to delivery.
You are well-versed in data and research, skilled at distilling complex client information while combining cultural observation, competitive analysis and unexpected sources of insight to uncover meaningful opportunities.
You lead the development of brand messaging, value propositions and strategic narratives, ensuring they provide clear direction for creative teams and resonate with both audiences and business objectives.
A master of the core subjects of brand strategy subject, with deep expertise in at least one or two areas such as brand positioning, architecture, portfolio strategy, or employer branding.
You know how to commission and collaborate with external research partners and specialist experts, strengthening strategic thinking with fresh perspectives and robust evidence.
You’re confident engaging with clients and leading workshops, interviews, and presentations that inspire and inform, building alignment and confidence throughout the process.
A natural communicator, you're able to present your work with clarity and confidence, making complex ideas accessible and compelling.
You build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and identify opportunities for growth within their company.
Your understanding of business and commercial needs allows you to pinpoint strategic opportunities that drive growth.
Comfortable operating at a high level, you're equally confident leading client conversations, contributing to internal initiatives and supporting our growth team on new business opportunities.
A true team player, you engage effectively with creatives and producers, fostering an environment of seamless collaboration.
You're a trusted strategic partner to creative teams, providing clear direction, thoughtful challenge and constructive feedback that ensures strategy remains central throughout the creative process.
As a key member of our project teams, you will report to our Head of Strategy. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with other strategists, designers, copywriters and producers, contributing to a culture of shared learning and high-quality thinking.

Salaries
Our salary brackets are not stated in our job ads. Often our job adverts are open to appeal to candidates at various levels, each level with its own salary brackets. We believe in the concept of ‘know your worth’ and have this discussion with all our initial short-listed candidates.
We regularly benchmark salaries against industry standards [with experts like Major Players, MKS, The DBA, Source and Benchpress] to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and fair. We are committed to transparency and fairness in our hiring process and discuss salary openly with candidates during the interview stage. This approach ensures everyone is evaluated on their merits and potential rather than on predetermined salary brackets. We embrace the concept of ‘know your worth’.

Working location - London
We’ve embraced hybrid working and are pleased to offer our team the opportunity to work flexibly from home on Mondays and Fridays.
We come together in our studio 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
