Associate Production Director
The role.
An Associate Production Director with 5 years of experience in branding, who is ready to bring our vision for the future to life.
This is a pivotal role in our LA expansion. As our LA Producer, you’ll be the bridge between our US-based clients and our creative and production teams in London. You will thrive at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and production - managing high-profile projects from first conversation to final delivery. You’ll be the face of the agency to senior clients, helping shape the creative culture and establishing our footprint in one of the most dynamic creative markets in the world.
This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping our agency’s US presence. You’ll work with world-class talent from London while helping to expand something fresh and exciting in LA. If you love ideas, culture, and creative impact - this is your stage.
Who we are.
For 25 years we have worked with brands and in-house creative teams across the world from our London studio. We have built a strong reputation in the US with long standing relationships in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Miami and many other cities. We are now bringing that energy to Los Angeles in a permanent way, expanding our footprint to deepen our connection with global clients and build new relationships on the West Coast.
As we grow, our focus stays the same. We are a global brand agency that creates brand strategy, brand identities and audience first design systems for the brands people stream, shop, travel with, navigate the world through, trust with their health, manage their finances on and cheer for as fans.
At our heart we are a group of people who make beautiful and original brands that change the world for the better. We are fuelled by creativity and sceptical of convention. We are trusted by some of the world’s most iconic companies including Hulu, Roblox, ESPN, Formula 1, Apple, Google, AT&T, IMAX, Harry Potter, Warner Bros Discovery and AC Milan. Brands that want to be brave, push their category and lead from the front.

- What you’ll bring. You’re a natural connector - social, curious, culturally tuned-in, and someone people genuinely like being around.
- You handle senior rooms with ease and can speak confidently with C-suite leaders.
- You really get the worlds of tech, sports, media, and entertainment — and how brands move within them.
- You think strategically and can shape or challenge ideas clearly and confidently.
- You’re comfortable talking money — budgets, negotiations, financial proposals — and you’ve done it well before.
- You’re fluent in Figma, Keynote, or similar tools, and can create sharp, high-quality decks.

- You know LA’s culture and creative scene deeply.
