We’re looking for someone to join our Growth team. It is a pivotal role that curates the brands we collaborate with by being the face of DixonBaxi as we build and manage our future relationships with clients. This is an entry level role suited to someone new to the industry or making a career move, looking for experience with future opportunities. Candidates that may have 1-2 years experience in business development in a similar industry are also welcome to apply.
This role would suit someone with talent and ability and is aimed to make access to our industry accessible. We are looking for diverse talent and specifically people from under-represented communities or backgrounds.

We are based in N1 London and currently work in the studio every Wednesday and Thursday, but DB towers is open all week for anyone who wants to come in more regularly.

- Represent DixonBaxi as first point of contact for project enquiries
- Own outbound lead generation channels (LinkedIn / Phone/ Email / Events etc.
- Own and manage the inbound process
- Identify & generate leads from within and outside of DixonBaxi network, follow up on our direct marketing campaigns
- Support Head of Growth with processes
- Regular reporting to the Head of Growth
- Develop relationships during the pre-sales cycles
- Manage sales admin and documentation of pipeline using Pipedrive tool
- Grow and manage our pipeline
