Let’s design a better future.

DixonBaxi is a group of creatives building beautiful, fiercely original brands that transform organisations. We work on the scale of revolution, pushing ourselves and our clients to remain skeptical of normal.

More than 2 billion people interact with our work every day.

We’re creating a brave new future. And we’re looking for a studio assistant to join our team.

Who you are

This is a 6-month short term contract with the potential to extend or continue in a permanent studio and facilities support role. If you’re good at making magic happen and interested in running the show, we want to hear from you.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’re a multitasker at heart, someone who’s happiest when busy and able to plan ahead to make it all easier. Nothing can phase you.
  • As a digital native, you’re good at solving problems (and you like doing it).
  • You’ve got an eye for details. Nothing gets past you.
  • You’re a people person who loves genuine conversation and you take a real interest in getting to know everyone you meet.

What you’d be doing:

You would be at the centre of all things DixonBaxi, helping our studio manager keep DB towers running smoothly. You need to lead by example, taking great pride in our home and making sure everyone takes care of it like you do.

As our first point of contact, you would be the person colleagues, partners and sometimes clients go to for help with just about anything. You’d work with every part of the agency, including the co-founders to help manage their diaries. You would also be our resident tech expert, making sure kit and accessories are always sorted.

Innovation, revolution and truly great design are born of difference. We are committed to seeking out new perspectives and identities to build our world-class team of creatives.

What you know

These are just some of the skills we would expect a studio assistant to have. Brilliance comes in many forms though; our minds are always open.

  •  Educated to a degree level or equivalent
  • A problem solving and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Good working knowledge of Gmail, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to use initiative and common sense to work things out
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An outgoing personality with a great sense of humour (this one’s vital)
We usually respond within two weeks

Or, know someone who would be a perfect fit? Let them know!
