Join us and design a better future.
We are driven by creativity and a collective passion for making beautiful, original brands that transform organisations and challenge the norm. At DixonBaxi we make creative work for ourselves, the people we work with and the people they want to inspire.
We’re looking for a Creative Artworker to join our ranks.
This is a creative role for a perfectionist who loves design and is very detail oriented. You will be joining our creative team of brand, digital and motion designers and will be a key player in delivering beautiful pixel-perfect assets to our clients.
Skills & responsibilities
Work closely with and support the creative team by taking designs and artwork from their conception and perfecting them before final sign-off.
Work directly with clients, join creative meetings and be part of the creative process.
Create original digital assets and templates to size and scale. Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and/or formats.
Ensure work comes out in tidy, well-structured layouts. Correct and format assets (for both print and digital) before they're sent to the printers or to the client for delivery.
Be part of the QC process, ensuring that all our output is pixel-perfect.
Manage and update our image libraries.
We're looking for:
4-5 years of experience.
Accuracy and attention to detail, along with good typography and layout skills.
Able to build relationships with clients and interpret feedback.
Good understanding of brand guidelines. A creative eye able to create visual concepts following existing guides.
Retouching skills and visualising techniques.
Outstanding knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programmes and PowerPoint (creating templates).
What we offer
A successful candidate will be joining an ambitious independent studio full of driven and passionate people. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do so being able to make a difference is guaranteed!
Benefits include extra holiday entitlement for every year with us, a learning and development programme, pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, free support and advice with our Employee Assistance Programme & our DixonBaxi family Friday lunches.
The role is currently remote, however it will be studio-based, once we can work together safely again. If you are not currently based in London, please let us know if you're willing to relocate in your cover letter.
